Luke has worked in the Demolition and Construction Industry for over 18 years and worked for a number of medium and large construction businesses before setting up LOR Contracting in 2017. He is the founding Director of LOR Contracting and has managed to grow the business to a company with a turnover in excess of £10m in just under 3 years.
Luke has an infectious energy which combined with a professional approach to his work has helped him to drive the LOR business to its current level in just under 3 years. Luke has considerable experience originally as an operator and is just as happy operating the machines as he is presenting the business to a board of potential property investors.

Aisha is an accomplished Finance Director with over 10 years experience in the Construction Industry. She has worked alongside Luke Roche (the MD) for about 10 years and moved with him to set up LOR Contracting in 2017. As a founding Director she has been involved in all aspects of the business from the outset and therefore has a broad understanding of all parts of the LOR Contracting business.
Although she now specialises in Finance Aisha has a wide range of experience in the construction industry and prior to finance was a Transport Manager.

Daniel joined LOR in the first quarter of 2020. With a construction career spanning 20 years he has a wealth of experience and knowledge. Daniel’s background is architecture and project management and he has worked in a variety of sectors including education, health care, commercial and residential.
Daniel continues to successfully deliver a diverse range of quality projects on time, strengthening client relations. With his management ability he has been promoted to the position of construction director and now heads our Construction Division.

Frank has worked in demolition for over 30 years running his own demolition company for over 10 years. He joined LOR Contracting at its conception in 2017 as the Demolition Contracts Director and has remained in this role since.

Charlotte joined LOR Contracting in 2019 as the Commercial Manager. She graduated from the University of Salford in 2010 and has a worked as a Quantity Surveyor for a number of medium sized construction companies since qualifying in 2010.
Charlotte currently runs the commercial aspects of all the LOR Contracting live projects.

A proven expertise breaking into and entering new markets, operational management, financial management of a business, sales and marketing, project management with an enviable track record in delivery.
Richard joined LOR in 2019 as an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager and Interim Sales Director. Richard comes with exceptional communication skills that are coupled with an infectious energy level and a sharp sense of humour.
Richard has considerable experience working with medium to large sized businesses as both an interim sales director and a sales consultant. He has worked with many blue chip companies including the Volkswagen Group UK, Vauxhall and Towry Law PLC.

Rebecca has over 7 years office management experience most of which was in Australia. She has worked in a variety of industries for both small and large companies. She is extremely organised and as well as managing the busy LOR Contracting Office she also manages the diaries for both the Managing and Financial Directors.
Harry has worked on Rail and Infrastructure Projects for the past few years and joined LOR Contracting in 2019. Prior to this he ran his own successful tree services contract business working mainly on rail contracts as a sub contractor. He holds an NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Arboriculture, is IRATA trained holding all the relevant NPTC qualification and has now achieved RISQS.
Harry is now heading up the Rail and Infrastructure Contracts for LOR.

George joined LOR in July 2019 as a Quantity Surveyor. He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2019 with a 2:1 in Quantity Surveying and hasworked previously for one construction company for 3 years. He is the Quantity Surveyor for approximately 5 live projects at one time.

Richard has worked with the MD Luke Roche for over 5 years and came with Luke from a previous construction company to set up LOR Contracting in 2017. He is an experienced Project and Site Manager who has worked in the Demolition and Construction business his entire working life.
Richard currently Project Manages a number of site contracts for LOR Contracting.

Jonathon has previously worked with both Luke & Aisha and joined the LOR team in 2020 in a buying/sales role. He has worked in the construction industry since 2012 for various medium sized companies in a variety of roles and has a AAT level 3.

Dean worked for many years in South Africa and the UK as a Contracts and Project Manager before joining LOR Contracting as a Site Manager in early 2019.
