That team sources all trades, materials and equipment, liaises with governing bodies, local authorities and other key stakeholders throughout. That team also ensures strict adherence to CDM regulations and all elements of SHEQ while controlling cost management and planning, contract administration, risk management, and quality.
A dedicated project manager takes ownership of each contract and ensures a single point of contact while delivering all elements of safety, health, environment and quality.
